A BALDIVIS man has been arrested after he used social media to communicate with a young girl in a sexual manner.
Western Australia Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team officers arrested the 23-year-old after an investigation into his online activities.
The man has been charged with one count each of exposing a child under 16 to indecent matter and procuring a child under 16 to engage in sexual activity and is due to appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court today.
JACET is a taskforce between the Australian Federal Police and WA Police to combat online child sexual exploitation.
