ROCKINGHAM resident John Wheatley took this photo of the police helicopter at Palm Beach on Sunday .
“There was a reported sighting of a parachute coming down about 500m off Palm beach,” he said.
“It turned out to be a false alarm after children’s blue and yellow balloons were recovered from the water.”
