A HEADSTONE plaque reported missing from East Rockingham Cemetery has been found.

The copper plaque from Australian war veteran Lawrence Raymond Day’s gravesite was found not too far from the cemetery, according to Rockingham councillor Matt Whitfield who was today contacted by the family.

Several plaques were taken from the cemetery over the weekend and there are continued calls for their return.
