Police claim a boy (15) threw a star picket through a glass door of a Waikiki home

ROCKINGHAM Detectives have charged two people as a result of their ongoing inquiries to an incident in Waikiki on Saturday, December 2.

It is alleged around midnight, a 15-year-old boy climbed over the fence of a residence in Mends Way, picked up a star picket and threw it through a sliding glass door at the rear of the home.

The boy from Collie has been charged with trespass and endanger the life, health or safety of a person.

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with common assault after its alleged he punched a 28-year-old man to the back of his head who was standing outside a property on Mends Way.

Both youths are due to appear in the Rockingham Children’s Court on January 3.
