Arson Squad investigate house fire

ARSON squad detectives are investigating a house fire which caused an estimated $200,000 in damages overnight.

Police said a fire started in the front room of a house on Haselmere Circus, Rockingham at about 11.55pm.

Department of Fire and Emergency Services attended and extinguished the fire.

A DFES spokesperson said the fire caused an estimated $200,000 in damages.

Investigations into the fire are ongoing and police are seeking any dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the blaze.
