ROCKINGHAM Detectives are seeking public assistance to help find a male who was involved in two incidents yesterday afternoon.

A 42-year-old woman was accosted by a male in the underground carpark of Rockingham Shopping Centre while putting shopping into her car at about 4.50pm.

The man approached and pushed the woman, who screamed and caused the offender to flee on a yellow mountain bike.

Two 16 year olds were then approached by a man whom police believed to be the same offender, while they were walking along a path on Warnbro Sound Avenue near Venice Retreat in Warnbro at about 5.30pm.

The offender physically restrained the two girls before indecently assaulting them.

The girls were able to break free and seek assistance, while the man once again rode off on a yellow mountain bike.

He was described as fair skinned, 20-30 years old, about 180cm tall, slim to medium build, with dark brown hair and a beard.

He was wearing a white t-shirt, dark coloured shorts and dark sunglasses, and was carrying a back pack.
