Port Kennedy grandmother publishes first novel

PORT Kennedy grandmother Georgia Tingley has had her first novel published.

Justice is a paranormal thriller/romance novel set in the US.

Mrs Tingley said the idea for the book came to her a few years ago.

When she was made redundant from her job, Mrs Tingley used the opportunity to indulge her passion.

“It took six months to draft and about a year to polish up,” she said.

“I am a member of the Rockingham Writers Centre who were really helpful.

“They helped me self-publish.

“I entered the novel in a romance competition and had good feedback.”
