Gabrielle JefferyWeekend Kwinana Courier

THE lawyer of a Port Kennedy man who pleaded guilty to possessing hundreds of child exploitation images has stopped representing the man.

In court today, lawyer Philip Urquhart said he no longer wished to represent Frank Viola, citing a conflict of interest.

Judge Simon Stone told Viola he would need to have new legal representation before he was sentenced on February 22.
