It will be Mr Rudd’s first visit to the key electorate during the campaign.
His visit comes after Opposition Leader Tony Abbott made a flying visit to the electorate earlier this month.
It also follows former prime minister Bob Hawke’s visit to the electorate for Brand MHR Gary Gray’s campaign launch in Rockingham on Sunday, while on Wednesday former prime minister John Howard joined Liberal candidate Donna Gordin at Rockingham shopping centre to press the flesh.
