The crash on Parkin Street, Rockingham happened at about 2.30pm.
A resident said the bend was notorious for crashes. He said the section of road was previously signposted as a 40km/h bend, but the sign had been knocked down.
Emergency services were at the scene and traffic was diverted from the area.
