ARTIST Irene Osborne will host a series of workshops and classes at her Hamilton Hill studio in August.

The Rockingham resident said she was excited to help others hone their techniques.

“Born in Subiaco and with a country upbringing, I’m very proud of my West Australian heritage and this is reflected in the subjects I paint, often referencing local history or the natural aspects of different landscapes around the state,” she said.

“I invite the public to explore their creative side with other like-minded friends and learn special tricks and tips in art classes or workshops held in the studio.

“The classes and workshops include technique demonstrations and examples, tempered with individual guidance and information.”

Osborne will hold three workshops in August, targeting interested beginners to more experienced artists.
