Rockingham: learner driver allegedly caught speeding, drink driving

A learner driver has lost their licence after they were caught allegedly speeding and drink driving.

The L-plater was caught in Singleton by traffic police after 5pm yesterday.

WA Police Traffic reported that the learner driver was doing 73km/h in a 50km/h zone.

The driver then blew 0.031 during a road side breathalyser test.

They will appear in court at a later date on two charges of speeding and excess 0.02.
