AN arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of indecently dealing with a young girl at an aquatic centre when he failed to appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 38-year-old man was due to appear in court on charges of indecently assaulting a six-year-old girl at a southern suburbs aquatic centre. The offence is alleged to have occurred in July this year.
He was arrested by Child Abuse Squad detectives on August 30.
He was charged with two counts of indecently dealing with a child under 13 years of age.
