Rockingham: man accused of indecently assaulting 6-year-old at southern suburbs aquatic centre

AN arrest warrant has been issued after a man accused of indecently dealing with a young girl at an aquatic centre failed to appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court this morning.

The 38-year-old man was due to appear in court on charges of indecently assaulting a six-year-old girl at a southern suburbs aquatic centre.

The offence is alleged to have occurred in July this year.

He was arrested by Child Abuse Squad detectives on August 30.

He was charged with two counts of indecently dealing with a child under 13 years of age.
