Khushwinder Singh Sran pleaded guilty to dangerous driving when at Rockingham Magistrates Court on April 24.
The prosecutor said a very serious accident on Thomas Road, Casuarina on November 29, 2016 had caused a backlog of cars of a few hundred metres long after roads were closed.
Police were present, instructing traffic to turn around and find another route.

He told police he was late for work.
He was fined $800 and had his licence disqualified for six months.
