ROCKINGHAM Senior High School education support students experienced what it would be like living in a virtual world last month.

The students participated in two virtual reality (VR) sessions where students wore a headset and used controllers to guide their arm movements inside each game.

They played virtual games including balloon popping, as well as shooting and firing bows and arrows.

Associate Principal Ms Caroline Mason said Virtual Reality was an interactive way for students to experience learning.

“It offers students additional ways to engage in lessons through various sensory stimuli,” she said.
