A WOMAN who was filmed by another motorist flicking her cigarette butt out the window has been fined.
Jeannette Edith Greenhalgh was convicted in her absence at Rockingham Magistrates Court on March 27.
The Department of Environment Regulation prosecutor said a witness had spotted a white coloured car driving in Baldivis.

The witness then made an online report.
The prosecutor said a fine was issued followed by a final demand after no response from Greenhalgh.
They said the maximum penalty is a $5000 fine.
She also requested $742 in costs and told the magistrate she had a written break down of those costs.
Magistrate Vivian Edwards fined her $500.
