Rockingham: police claim a cyclist groped women

Police have charged a Rockingham boy (14) with four counts of indecent assault.

It is alleged a woman in her 60s was walking along Harrison Street between Bayview Street and Fisher Street when a male cycled past her and slapped her on the buttocks on Friday, April 14 between 9.50am to 10.15am. A short time later as the woman walked along Fisher Street the same male came back and allegedly slapped her again.

A woman in her 30s was pushing a pram on Fisher Street on April 14 at 3pm when a male on a bicycle cycled past her and allegedly grabbed her breast. He stopped a short distance away and stared at the woman before cycling off along Fisher Street.

Police claim a woman in her 40s was walking along Lindsay Street on April 13 when a male person cycled past her and slapped her on the buttocks.
