PREPARE to be dazzled at Safety Bay Senior High School’s Cheer Dance Specialists Program’s annual Cheer Dance Spectacular at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on Friday, September 15 at 7pm.

The dance spectacular features students from years 7-12 performing cheerleading routines as well as ballet, pom, jazz, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, commercial jazz and contemporary dance.

Co-ordinator Melissa Wiltshire said the spectacular was the big end of year show promoting all the hard work done in both specialist program and general dance courses.

“Come and see our Warriors team perform all their winning routines from the Aussie Gold Championships on the Gold Coast earlier this year and also our Level 2 stunt group Flawless and Level 3 stunt group Fame, both of which came first in their divisions at the recent Rock n Cheer Championships.”

Safety Bay Senior High School dance specialist teacher Elise Holton said it was a night not to be missed.

“I am so proud of our girls, they have worked hard all year building their skills culminating in some fantastic routines highlighted at the recent state championships.”

She said achievement awards would be presented to the most hard working and talented students.
