Kwinana Police are investigating reports a man was seen taking photographs of children at the school using a long-lens camera about 2pm on September 19.
The man is described as being olive-skinned, in his 30s and wearing a black baseball cap and orange glasses.
He drove away in a white four-wheel-drive vehicle.
Senior Sergeant Glen Willers said taking photographs around schools ‘looked suspicious’.
‘It is not something we condone because it makes people apprehensive,’ he said.
‘We are trying to find out why someone was taking photographs of the school.
‘There may not be anything sinister about it but it causes concern in the community.
‘We are appealing for information from the public on the incident and people should always be attentive to keep our schools safe.’
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
