Ms Jafferies was instrumental in the development of the Matilda Bay Breweries brand before she co-founded Dome Coffee Australia in 1990.

Along with business partner Phil May, Ms Jafferies grew Dome from a small wholesale coffee roaster to a multi-million dollar international importer, exporter, franchiser and restaurant enterprise.

The breakfast is hosted by the City of Rockingham to assist the business community by bringing high-calibre business people to share their experience and skills.
