BALDIVIS is set for a star-studded line-up of Hollywood thespians to celebrate its latest residential estate on Baldivis Road.
The estate owners will use a street-naming theme based on Paramount Studios films and actors for a residential subdivision on Lots 635, 739 and 740 Baldivis Road, Baldivis.
Just like a Hollywood blockbuster, the estate will see movie buffs pack in to catch the likes of a new primary school, 879 residential lots with densities ranging from R20 through to R40, a community site and future retirement village, a neighbourhood centre and a total of 9.76ha of public open space.

Property records and site history indicate that the subject land formerly operated as Paramount Stud, a livestock breeding establishment.
The proposed theme complied with the City of Rockingham’s planning procedure and councillors voted in favour of it at Tuesday’s meeting.
