Treadmill Challenge for R U OK? at Anytime Fitness Baldivis

ANYTIME Fitness in Baldivis is holding a 24 Hour Treadmill Challenge for R U OK?

The Tread As One, a 24-hour treadmill challenge will raise awareness of suicide, as well as funds towards its prevention.

The club will keep one or more treadmills running for 24 hours, while participants receive donations for time they complete.

Some of the events that will form part of the community challenge include visits from R U OK? ambassador Melissa Lamb-Justins and Kiara Bowers from the Fremantle Dockers. Baldivis MLA Reece Whitby is getting behind the challenge and there will be a sleepover.

The Bike Place in Baldivis is taking part in the Mt Everest Challenge, with five cyclists climbing a virtual Mt Everest.
