The 27-year-old’s life was tragically cut short on October 12 when his motorcycle rear-ended a turning Mitsubishi Triton on Kargotich Road in Cardup about 5.55pm.
The 21-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi was not injured.
The Baldivis man leaves behind his wife Megan shortly after they had celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
Tragically, Josh was just weeks away from becoming a father.
Writing to the Courier, Megan professed her love for Josh in a heartfelt tribute.
‘He was a loving husband, friend and family member and soon-to-be dad who was looking forward to meeting his daughter,’ she wrote.
‘He would only ever say lovely things to me to make me feel amazing.’
Josh was beloved by his friends and family, Megan wrote.
‘Josh was amazing, he was so selfless and would put everyone first,’ she wrote.
‘He would make sure everyone was right before he was.
‘Josh only had nice things to say about people and was a legend in the eyes of everyone.
‘He lived to ride his Harley.’
