ONLINE chat forums are encouraging strangers to engage in group sex at Warnbro Nude Beach.

One forum, ‘Warnbro Nude Beach Dogging’, features posts asking to meet up with willing females or couples.

Dogging is sexual activity that takes place in a public context, with a voyeuristic element.

Another chat page has someone asking for females and couples to go to Warnbro Nude Beach to “have a gangbang.”

Some posts mentioned many people in the sand dunes.

One user called Sunsex said, “love the beach, coming tonight at 7pm”.

Many commented they had been to the beach, but did not have the courage “to make contact”.

Last week a man was sentenced to 180 hours of community service work after he indecently assaulted a female stranger at Warnbro Nude Beach.

City of Rockingham Mayor Barry Sammels reminded users of Warnbro Nude Beach that sexual activity in public was illegal.

Rockingham Police Senior Sergeant Brett Reyne said they were aware of the spots where antisocial activity occurred, such as Warnbro Nude Beach and Point Peron.

“There is a list of secluded places we patrol,” he said.

“It is obvious when there are cars in the carparks in the early hours of the morning.

“The visibility of the police van is usually enough for people to move along.”

Sgt Reyne said the issue was more of a problem during warmer months.
