TELSTRA Store Warnbro will donate more than $1000 to local charities and community groups in an effort to give back to the community.

Not-for-profit community organisations near Warnbro were able to nominate to be chosen as one of three organisations to receive funding, with the amount awarded chosen by local community members voting in store.

Throughout May, anyone who visits the store can vote for Shoalwater Bay Cricket Club, Seniors Recreation Council Rockingham Branch or Little Stars Playgroup Plus.

Store owner Craig Kimber said he was thrilled to give back to the local community.

“We are proud to support three diverse but equally deserving organisations. We hope to see the local community some great groups,” he said.

The group that receives the highest number of votes will receive $750.

The Telstra Store Warnbro team invites locals to come into store before June 10 to vote for the charity closest to their heart.
