POLICE have charged a 67-year-old Bertram man with one count of ‘attempting unlawfully to kill’ after an incident on Sunday night.
Police say a woman, who was known to the man, received a wound to her neck in the incident.
The woman, aged in her 30s, sought assistance from staff at a nearby restaurant.
