Declan ByrneWeekend Kwinana Courier

The range of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photography, film, woodwork, and fashion and textiles from students across Rockingham, Kwinana and Cockburn are a part of the Kwinana Industries annual Youth Art Awards.

Kwinana Industries Council director Chris Oughton said that the awards showed the outstanding talent the local region had to offer.

“The annual event displays the many talented budding artists in the local area and the creativity that students in this region possess,” he said.

“The Art Awards continue to provide the opportunity for local students to share their talents with the wider community and should be congratulated on the quality of their outstanding work.
