Oh Do Kwan is one of the leading taekwondo clubs in the state, and among the highest ranked in the country, with Master Instructor Anita Tippet awarded her seventh Dan grading at the awards.

The Port Kennedy club had 11 students attend the awards, with three students gaining a fourth Dan grading: Dan Henness, Brandon Jager and Larnie Henness.

Kwinana club’s Alex Collings also achieved her fourth Dan, while club mate Cassandra Hankinson became a third Dan alongside Port Kennedy’s Tiala Skey and Chloe Turner. All students were put through a rigorous physical grading session.
