The Rhonda Scarrott Reserve, within Golden Bay’s Walk precinct, will be the home ground for Secret Harbour.
Secret Harbour Dockers’ sponsorship manager Adrian Puca said the opening round game was a great success on the club’s new turf.
‘The first round is always full of so much excitement and our junior players couldn’t wait for their chance to run on the oval and get the season started,’ Mr Puca said.
‘We couldn’t be happier to have established this partnership with the new Golden Bay estate and to add the Department of Housing and Peet Limited to our growing supporter base.’
Information about the Golden Bay community and details about the Golden Bay Community Sponsorship Program is available at www.goldenbay.com.au/community. Players aged between five and 17 were happy to take to the field in their new purple jumpers, to show off to their new supporters.
