The next day Sam’s team won 2-1 against Capital Football.

“We had to recover quickly as we had a second game to play against NSW,” Sam said.

“We went in strong and in high spirits off our last win.

“However, unfortunately we lost 3-0.”

The next day the WA team played South Australia Blue and won that encounter 3-2.

“We had a quick rest before our second game and again put our all in against Victoria Country, and came out with a 3-0 win,” Sam said.

The WA team’s last two games were against Victoria Metro and New South Wales North.

“We played our worst game against Victoria, losing 6-0,” Same said.

“We were all disappointed and carried that into the next game, losing 2-3.”

Sam said overall the tournament was a great experience.
