West Coast players swoop in for a visit

Spreading their wings, forward coach Justin Longmuir led the eager team to deliver some key messages to the Baldivis Eagles fans.

Sharrod Wellingham, Brant Colledge and Corey Adamson spoke to students. They shared some key messages about how to be the best they can.

Wellingham spoke about the team expectations and that everyone played a role.

Students were given an insight into what the Eagles players valued and what it was that made them professional, with elite training, a united team and competitive instinct reinforced as the key driving forces at the club.

Adamson spoke about goal setting. He insisted and highlighted the importance of setting small short-term goals to achieve a big ultimate goal.

Colledge shared his message on the importance of routine and time management. He highlighted the importance of being organised and sticking to a healthy and balanced lifestyle to get the most out of the day.
