A new business is brewing at Forum

Mr Rayson is a developer with the Offsure Property Group and has lived in Australia for three years.

Owner of a number of Subiaco properties, he was originally introduced to the Coffee Club franchise through his partner’s son working at the Adelaide Terrace branch.

‘It really seemed a much better franchise than most others out there,’ Mr Rayson said

He said customer service was a key part of what he was bringing from his career as a salesman to the new business.

‘I’ve been a salesman all my life and it’s about delivering to exceed expectation,’ Mr Rayson said.

‘It really is having an eye for delivering.’

Living in South Africa for 36 years, Mr Rayson was part of the development of SA Home Loans, the largest non-bank mortgage company in South Africa.
