A NEW Uber-style app that allows people to book a cleaner to come to their home has been rolled out across Perth.
The app, called FlashMop, even allows residents to rate their cleaners after they’ve done the job.
Founder Megan Harrison said she realised there was an opportunity after noticing how difficult it was to find and book a great cleaner when she needed one.

“The app only has traction if we have enough availability and coverage to service the whole of Perth, and do it well,” she said.
All cleaners, or cleaning partners, booked through the app must go through a strict on-boarding system and are required to have police checks before signing up.
Ms Harrison said after every clean was completed, users rated their cleaner and the service they experienced, ensuring high standards were maintained.
The app can be downloaded from the iTunes app store or the Google Play store.
