Businesses with up to 50 employees can apply for one of the grants by telling the story of how they are innovatively using NBN for their business activities.

NBN chief customer officer John Simon said the grants would “celebrate the powerhouse that is Australia’s small to medium businesses and organisations”.

AIIA chief executive Rob Fitzpatrick said the group was eager to unearth stories about organisations using their NBN connectivity to drive growth, help communities or improve learning outcomes.

Applications opened today at 12pm and close on February 17.
