Meet the Farmers at Claremont Grocery Store

Jack’s Food First will be showcasing some of the freshest local produce from more than 25 local growers as well as cooking demonstrations from chefs Don Hancey and Dan Fisher.

Hosted by food writer Verity James, the Farmer Jack’s store will be full of WA food for tasting and purchasing.

Farmer Jack’s, Buy West Eat Best and the Gascoyne Food Council are collaborating to celebrate the return of fresh produce from WA’s Gascoyne region after the devastating impact of Tropical Cyclone Olwyn on crops.

Farmer Jack’s supermarkets have already contributed $100,000 to assist the region get back on its feet. The free event is from 10am-3pm.
