In a time where regulations exist for even the simplest exchanges between employer and employee, it is paramount that small business owners have a plan in place to deal with workplace issues. The Fair Work Act, enterprise bargaining agreements, pay and conditions, and workers compensation are just a few legislations currently enforced. Not to mention 100-plus industry and occupation awards in place to cover Australian workers.
