The Subiaco businesswoman now hopes to boost her skills and app by being part of the Springboard Australia Accelerate program for 2015.

The 30-year-old was an observer last year after missing out on one of the West Australian positions in the international program.

Miss Lee developed Virtualise during her search for an off-the-plan home to buy.

"Rather than read through a document about what properties are out there, why can't I walk around it?" she said.

"The app is the result."

Virtualise can also be used to view products like boats and cars.

Miss Lee said her exposure to good networks and advice as an observer last year changed her perception.

"If I get in, I�m going to nail it," she said.
