Shadow Wine Bar takes out awards at the 2018 Gourmet Godfather Awards

SHADOW Wine Bar and Red Cabbage took out the major awards at the 2018 Gourmet Godfather Awards at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club yesterday.

Restaurant of the Year Casual Eating went to Shadow Wine Bar, while Red Cabbage won Restaurant of the Year Modern Dining.

Shadow Wine Bar also won the Bars, Taverns and Pubs category of the Casual Eating section while Dragon Palace took out Casual Asian and Sub-continent, Interesting Eats was won by Sayers Sister, Miki’s Open Kitchen won Trending or Innovative Food, and Casual European went to Pappagallo Cafe Pizzeria.

In the Modern Dining section, Red Cabbage won the Upmarket Dining category, Nobu took home Asian and Sub-continent Dining, Contemporary Australian Dining went to Yarri, Galileo Buona Cucina won European Dining, and The Shorehouse took out Food with a View.

Retail Liquor Outlet Of The Year – Individual Store went to Dan Murphy’s Bicton while Dan Murphy’s also took home Retail Liquor Outlet Of The Year – Group Of Stores. Retail Liquor Outlet Of The Year – Out Of Store was won by Vintage Cellars.
