FITNESS guru and social media dynamo Ashy Bines will bring her Booty Tour to the WA Athletics Stadium in Mt Claremont on Sunday.

According to the 27-year-old, the event will take participants through an intense fun workout inspired by her 28-Day Booty Challenge.

“It will be an extremely fun day full of our favourite booty exercises, laughing, music, pop up shops, photos, meet and greets and we will be filming for our snap chats and RAW series on Ashy Bines YouTube,” she said.

More than 1500 people are expected to take part in the event that will feature a 45-minute workout session targeting the lower body, in a format suitable for all fitness levels.

Bines said she was excited to take the tour on the road and meet and workout with her followers.

“This unique live experience is about connecting on a more personal level with as many of my fans as possible,” she said.

“I hope to inspire as many women as I can to get active by meeting them in this large, energetic and supportive group setting.”

Maintaining a work-life balance is important for the mother-of-one who said she was keen to quash the misconception she worked out a lot and ate very little.

“I believe in living my life balanced, I plan and make sure I fit in everything that makes me happy every single week,” she said.

“Who has time to train four hours a day? Don’t get me wrong, I have a green smoothie or juice most days but I eat a wide variety of different meals and I love that.

“Food is fuel and nutrients but also social and pleasure as well.

“I will always make time to move my body every single day, whether that’s a walk or a day from my 28-day booty app on my phone with Taj playing with his toys while I squat away; I’ll always make it happen.

“It’s important for my mental and emotional state.”

She also recommended everyone drink a lot of water and start their off day with a walk.
