Bivouac Canteen and Bar chef Luke Foyle is among the list, which also includes Chris Taylor, Chase Webber and Patrick O’Brien, to take part in the annual event.
Foyle said he was excited to be involved in the lunch that would showcase a range of cooking styles and large variety of flavours and techniques.
“We are all excited to come together and produce some amazing food,” he said. “Diners can expect a day of amazing, interesting food and top-class wines.

READ NOW“I’ve done a fair amount of functions and catering so far in my career, from small-scale private dining rooms to larger outdoor events such as this one.
“I am really excited to be a part of this event; it’s always fun collaborating with other chefs in the kitchen.”
With a personal connection to the cause, Foyle said it was important to raise money for the charity and great to do it in a fun way.
“My mum is a breast cancer survivor, so I wanted to be a part of something that will hopefully help others in their fight,” he said.
“It’s really touching to be involved in something that means so much to not only me but so many other members of the WA community.
“This event is great, as not only does it raise money but it also ensures guests can have a lot of fun celebrating together. “
Guests can expect to enjoy a five-course lunch, including his signature dish of pig head terrine, piccalilli and oat cracker, and free- flowing, award-winning wines.
The event will also include a live and silent auction, spot prizes, lucky dips and live music.
