This year’s festival line-up will also include new events such as Guy Grossi Aboard Ocean Dream; the Amelia Park Spring Harvest Dinner and Chow’s Table Chinese Feast.
The program will welcome back events including the Gourmet Beach BBQ; Feast in the Forest; Sunset, Beats and Bites; Fraser Gallop Estate Long Lunch; Dining by Twilight at Margaret River’s Secret Garden and the Gourmet Village.
Regional Development minister Alannah MacTiernan said she was thrilled to welcome back Nigella, who was no stranger to the delicacies of WA after her visit in 2016.
“The culinary delights of Margaret River Gourmet Escape highlight the array of fresh produce, premium wines and artisan beverages that are on offer,” she said.
“The high quality of Western Australian produce makes it sought-after around the world and we are fortunate to have this event right on our doorstep.
“Continuing to attract visitors to our regions will bring wider business and job opportunities to local communities, and greater prosperity to the regional economy.”
Other chefs returning to the event include crowd-favourites Rick and Jack Stein, Tetsuya Wakuda, Matt Stone, Jo Barrett and Mitch Orr.
International stars visiting the festival for the first time include Australian, London-based chef and author Skye Gyngell of Spring, London.
