DEUCE Bigalow himself – Hollywood actor and comedian Rob Schneider – is heading to WA in April for this year’s Perth Comedy Festival.

Schneider, who starred in seminal comedy movies such as Water Boy, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo and Big Daddy, returns to Australia with his show An Evening with Rob Schneider.

Schneider joins American comedian and Perth favourite Arj Barker, who discusses free-range topics in his show Organic, as well as Canadian comic Angelo Tsarouchas and comedy stalwart Jimeoin.

Craig Hill, DeAnne Smith, Paul Chowdry, Rosie Waterland, Em Rusciano, James Smith, Cam Knight and Rory Lowe were also announced today.

Local women Janelle Koenig, Nadia Collins and Colin Ebsworth rounded out the announcement.

The festival kicks off on April 23 with shows at a variety of Perth venues including the Regal Theatre, State Theatre Centre of WA and the Hellenic Club of WA.

More announcements are in the pipeline, with a full announcement to be revealed at the end of February.
