RETRO prints, fringing, pretty pastels, tomato red, white-on-white are the five key trends for the new season according to Perth stylist Claire Metcalf.

Metcalf who will style a SS18 VIP Fashion Party at Cockburn Gateway (CG) Shopping Centre on Saturday said the event would capture the colour and energy of the new season’s hottest trends, including the must-have looks for Spring Racing.

“We’re working with confident prints, vivid colour and statement details as we welcome spring summer 2018 into our wardrobes with a collection of looks inspired by the latest fashions,” Ms Metcalf said.

“The new season embraces structured pieces as well as loose, flowy shapes, with colour, print and all-white taking a starring role.

“You’ll also find retro-inspired accessories and pattern among our most-coveted summer essentials.”
