The English teacher said about 15 journals that contained a lifetime of memories and experiences were taken, as well as clothing and electrical items, from her West Perth lock-up storage cupboard.
Ms Johnson only moved into her Delhi Street apartment two weeks before her storage area was broken into and its contents ransacked on the weekend of January 16/17.
“I’m 35 now and there were at least 15 journals of varying description, containing my life’s experiences, including years spent in Melbourne, London and my South American adventure spanning four years,” Ms Johnson said.

Perth Police Station acting Senior Sergeant Nicole Winstone said police conducted forensic tests, but were unable to provide information on the whereabouts of Ms Johnson’s property.
Ms Johnson said whoever took her things could keep the clothes – she just wanted her collection of journals returned.
“These are of no worth to anyone but myself,” she said.
“Everything else can be replaced, but the journals are invaluable to me.”
The journals range from small and sparkly to large and leather-bound.
