“Greg used to work for us about 15 years ago and Murray worked with me 25 years ago.

“Greg contacted me on another matter recently and I told him about a new opportunity at our office, and then I bumped into Murray at a function and mentioned the sales manager position to him.”

Mr Peter and Mr Marusic have many years experience in the industry.

Mr Peter will oversee the residential and commercial sales department and is looking to recruit more staff.

Mr Marusic will liaise with new and current clients about services offered by Airey Real Estate.

As well as employing more staff, the agency is increasing its office space.

“Despite the tight market, we are expanding our business with the acquisition of more office space adjacent to our Claremont premises,” Mr Airey said.

“The sales department will relocate to the new premises so that our property management division can grow further.

“Tough times are great opportunities to expand and we want to shake up the market.
