Ann’s hand in program

Staff ReporterWestern Suburbs Weekly

Dr Ann O’Neill, who is taking a break from a leadership role at the organisation she started 10 years ago, will train and mentor people interested in befriending angelhands clients to help them understand their trauma, grief and the criminal justice system while promoting recovery.

Dr O’Neill will apply her research and theories to the training program that starts on October 12.

‘The befriending training we are offering is something unique that hasn’t been offered anywhere else in Australia,’ she said.
