A DENTIST allegedly burgled his former business and stole equipment worth $88,000 before his arrest at the Ocean Beach Hotel Backpackers, Cottesloe about 9.30am this morning.
Senior Sergeant Tony Booker said it would be alleged the equipment was found in the dentist’s car and room at the backpackers, where the man had been living.
Damage of about $20,000 was done, including wires pulled from dental chairs, when Dental Horizons surgery, Stirling Highway, Claremont was burgled between May 20 and May 23.
Sgt Booker said it would be alleged the man used his own key to enter the surgery.
