Diversity at forefront of Tresillian Arts Centre’s student and tutor exhibition

DIVERSITY came to the fore at the official opening of Tresillian Arts Centre’s 2018 Student and Tutor Exhibition on Friday night .

The annual exhibition, now in its seventeenth year, will run until October 14 and showcase the work of students who have learned new art skills over the past 18 months at the centre.

City of Nedlands CEO Greg Trevaskis said the exhibition was always well-attended and a favourite event among students and the broader community.

“It’s a chance to view art works from emerging artists, buy them at a reasonable price and be part of a community full of creative learning and growth,” he said.

“The annual Student and Tutor Exhibition is always appealing because it explores many different artistic interpretations.”
