A Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) spokesman said the fire caused more than $800,000 damage to the Hood Street warehouse.
‘The fire was reported at 1.08am and fully extinguished about two hours later,’ he said.
Although DFES investigators were unable to determine a cause, Mr Kelly said he believed a computer in an adjoining office might have started the fire.
‘There’s nothing left here, it’s quite horrific,’ he said.
‘Loyal customers have been calling in and I’ve already found one of my employees another job; that is very important to me.
‘We have to keep moving; if you get hit, you have to get up, so now we’re trying to find somewhere to go. Hopefully someone might say they have a space available to rent; we’re open to all options here.’
